A bright, mineral-driven white that opens with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white peach, accented by delicate floral notes and a whisper of wet stone. It’s light to medium-bodied, dry, and crisp on the palate, with racy acidity and 12.5% alcohol giving it precision and freshness. Serve it well-chilled to highlight its citrusy lift and steely minerality. Fascinating fact: William Fèvre is one of Chablis’s most respected producers, farming its vineyards sustainably with a strong commitment to preserving the region’s unique Kimmeridgian limestone soils, which give wines their hallmark chalky character. This Petit Chablis is crafted for immediate enjoyment but will hold nicely for 3–4 years.

Petit Chablis food pairings: freshly shucked oysters, where its briny minerality mirrors the sea. Or enjoy it with a goat cheese and herb tart, where its crisp acidity cuts through the richness beautifully.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Refreshing, crisp, and bright, this lovely petit Chablis has aromas of apples, and lemony citrus with a note of wet stone minerality. Light bodied with vibrant acidity, crisp apple and citrus on the palate, and a dry, mineral finish. Enjoy with any shellfish.
