From the Coteaux D'aix En Provence wine region, Villa Aix en Provence 2020 is a bright rosé blend of Grenache and Cinsault. Elegant and ethereal on the palate with bright red berry, soft ginger and pepper spice balanced with food-friendly acidity. Very versatile and a great value rosé under $20. Chill and enjoy with a baked spiral ham.

Rosé food pairings: cold roast chicken sandwiches, salads, fresh steamed shrimp.
