Reviews and Ratings

The de-stemmed grapes for this robust Spanish red wine were hand-harvested from Rioja Alavesa. The Vina Real winery takes the same approach with this Crianza as it does with its Reserva creating a red wine blend of 90% Tempranillo grapes with the remainder being splashes of Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano grapes. The 2010 vintage offered ideal conditions to be an ideal vintage for cellar aging. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. The wine was matured for 14 months in French and American oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
