Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Vibrant, zesty, and fresh. This is a single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas of lemon and grapefruit, citrus zest, fresh green herbs, and a mineral note. Medium bodied, dry, and smooth on the palate, with zesty acidity, vibrant citrus, and herbal and mineral notes on the finish. Enjoy with spinach and goat cheese salad.
Villa Maria Southern Clays 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably-grown grapes sourced from a single vineyard. Fresh and enticing with ripe melon, green apple crunch, lime-lemon zest and briny mineral flavours impressively long on the palate, this SB is drinking beautiful now. - Community Wine Reviews
