A rustic, robust red with grippy tannins. (Decant for at least 2 hours.) Attractive notes of blackberry, black cherry and smoky oak. The 2007 vintage was a great one for this region. This wine won a Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins à Orange 2009. This wine is kosher.

Reviews and Ratings

A lovely little wine, well worth pursuing ... A dark royal purple, medium-bodied blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre, showing ripe wild berry, black cherry and blackberry aromas and flavours, those with overlays of espresso coffee and bitter-sweet chocolate. Spicy and lively. Drink now- 2011. Source: Daniel Rogov, haaretz.com

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
