Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a lovely Muscat made for Township 7 wine club members. Aromas of mandarin orange, white flowers and white pears. This wine is more dry than you might expect from Muscat, which is a nice surprise. Acidity is medium+ and the fruit flavours are fresh and ripe. Enjoy with mild curry dishes.
The aromatic 2019 Muscat is sourced from Sunshine Acres vineyard in Oliver. Here the rocky soils warm the vines to ripen the Muscat Blanc and Orange Muscat early to develop its beautiful floral, orange and spicy characters. The Muscat was 100% stainless steel fermented at 12°C for 3 weeks to retain the aromatic characters this variety is renown for. A dry, yet juicy wine, this vintage evokes intoxicating aromas of orange blossom and ginger. The vibrant palate is round and complex with concentrated notes of orange peel and stone fruit. Only 101 cases produced.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
