Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Aromas of blackberry and ripe plum, along with hints of tobacco and spice. Full bodied on the palate, with soft, plush tannins, and medium acidity. Fruit notes are ripe and rounded on the palate, and the spice and tobacco notes carry on the finish. Overally lovely, smooth and silky with great balance. Enjoy with a prime rib roast.
This vintage was primarily crafted with fruit from our Blue Terrace estate vineyard in Oliver and Front Yard vineyard in Naramata. The two terroirs add complexity and depth to the finish of the wine, with barrel aging for 18 months to soften tannins and enhance ageability. This wine is laced with spicy aromas of tobacco leaves, cocoa, and vanilla, followed by similar notes on the palate along with red cherry and plum.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
