A gorgeous, Full-bodied and savoury BC red wine made from classic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Aromas of cedar brush and tart blackberry and cassis. Give this wine the cellar time it deserves. Pair with a juicy rare steak. Decant 2 hours.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: ribeye steak, strong cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Perfect for Fall and Winter dishes! Aromas of currant, blackberries, cedar, tobacco, and warm smoky notes. Full bodied with young tannins that smooth out considerably with an hour or two. Ripe and robust cassis notes on the palate along with fresh, medium+ acidity and a bit of a smoky, tobacco hint on the finish. Enjoy with Sunday Prime Rib.
