Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A beautiful reserve Pinot Gris from their estate vineyard. Aromas of pear, lemon pith and zest, wet stone, and a hint of a saline note. Medium bodied, smooth and creamy, with medium+ acidity, ripe orchard and citrus fruit flavours, and a mineral finish. Lovely balance, reminds me of summer. Enjoy with any fresh seafood dishes.
Township 7's Benchmark Series Reserve Pinot Gris 2019 is a small lot wine from the winery's Naramata Bench estate that brims with peach, Gala apple and citrus aromas. Rich in texture, the palate is full and round with pear, vanilla and tropical melon flavours, and a flinty mineral finish. It is barrel fermented in neutral French oak. The ferments were spontaneous allowing for a pure expression of the terroir. Only 148 cases made.
