Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A fun, delightful, fruity amber coloured dessert wine made from Moscatel variety. Sultana raisins, candied orange peels and summer roses dance on the nose. Flavours consist of dried apricots, peaches and reminisce of fruit loops and orange marmalade. Pair with spicy Pad Thai. 91 points
Floralis is a Moscatel Oro from producer, Torres with lovely apricot spiced preserves and soft orange acidity on the palate. Perfect for crème brûlée, apricot or blue cheesecake. The Torres family has been producing this Spanish dessert wine since 1946 that is similar in style to the French Vin du Naturel. Unfermented Muscat de Alejandría grapes are fortified with distilled wine to create this dessert treat. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
