A gorgeous Niagara Riesling with notes of fresh lime, lemongrass and Granny Smith apple. Zesty, juicy and refreshing. Perfect for seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Riesling food pairings: fresh spring rolls and plum sauce; clove-studded baked ham; spring pea risotto; lemon chicken; turkey with a dried fruit stuffing; grilled salmon with citrus glaze; bouillabaisse; chicken skewers with lemon thyme walnut pesto.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Stunning! This wine is the best of everything to love about Ontario Riesling. Aromas of petrol and saline mineral hints, mingled with lime zest and hints of tangerine and peach. Light bodied, but bursting with vibrant fruit on the palate, and mouthwatering acidity. Dry, with just a hint of sweetness, and more lovely minerality on the finish. Everything is in balance. Enjoy with any seafood.
