The Foreign Affair 2013 Riesling is off-dry, medium-bodied, mouth-watering with flinty, apple butter, lemony-lime zest on the palate and an incredible mineral backbone. This wine is made with 20% dried grapes as in the appassimento style. Wonderfully rich and concentrated yet refreshing and crisp too. Chill and enjoy now. Pair with a pork schnitzel and spaetzle topped with Gruyere cheese.

Riesling food pairings: sushi, paprika chicken, turkey dinner with a spicy stuffing.

Strong pertrol/mineral aspect on nose. Peach and lemon arrive on palate. Lacking balance.
