A juicy, full-bodied Ripasso Valpolicella fresh with bright cherry, blueberry, dark plum, baking spice flavours rich and elegant on the palate. A real crowd-pleaser with juicy acidity for food and great value for this quality. Pair with smoked meat and hard cheeses.

Valpolicella Superiore food pairings: vegetarian pizza, vegetable and lentil stew, stuffed tomatoes with beef, pork and roasted garlic.

Reviews and Ratings

Produced by the Famiglia Castagnedi Tenuta Sant'antonio Monti Garbi Superiore 2017 produced from a traditional Ripasso blend of 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, and 10% Croatina and Oseleta wine grapes. Flavoursome and juicy with ripe red berry fruit, cherry, sweet spice rich and mouth-coating on the palate. Pair with veal Parmesan. - Community Wine Reviews
