This vibrant, well-priced Ontario Riesling offers seductive aromas of peach blossom, lemon zest and wet stone. A complex core of minerality runs through the heart of this wine. Pair with mild curries and spices.

Riesling food pairings: line-caught seafood, sushi, turkey burgers.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced reviewed this wine as follows:

I love this Ontario Riesling for it's showcasing of Niagara fruit and wine attributes. This is a light-bodied white wine with Niagara minerality, Niagara stone fruit and Niagara fruit tree blossoms. Citrus and petrol notes are present as well. Racy cool climate acidity is refreshing and balanced. This really is a sketch of Niagara. Serve well chilled with a good book.
Tasted: June 2015
Tawse is a family-owned Niagara winery that farms sustainably. Lots of juicy, racy acidity for seafood here. - Community Wine Reviews
