Grassy-fresh sauvignon blanc with clean, crisp lines. Come-alive lime and chives... Bring on all sorts of food pairings. The Limarí Valley produces excellent Sauvignon Blanc and it shows in the glass. Amazing value white wine for this price. The grapes were grown in the Santa Rosa Fray Jorge (Talinay) vineyards.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: seafood appetizers, salads, vegetarian dishes, cheese, turkey pot pie.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Points for value here. The colour in the glass is a very pale lemon; almost colourless. The nose is bright and the palate is crisp. Aromas and flavours of cut grass, gooseberry, fresh herbs, citrus, and apple wrapped in a slight effervesence. Medium+ acidity with a lingering mouthwatering finish. Makes a great patio sipper or serve with your favourite green salads.

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A Chilean Sauv Blanc with aromas predominantly of canned asparagus and citrus on the nose and a palate showing citrus, tart gooseberry and herbal touches. Crisp and dry with a citrus herbal finish.
The 2013 vintage of this Chilean Sauvignon Blanc Reserva is not oaked and it does not undergo a malolactic fermentation. Grapes are mostly chosen from the winery's Talinay vineyard with 20% from the winery's Tabali vineyard. - Community Wine Reviews
