|Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:|
This is an interesting blend of Pinot Noir and Malbec made into a dry, lightly macerated rosé.
Delicate aromas of peach, raspberry, rosehip, and rock-dust.
This wine is extra dry, crisp, and fruity. It doesn't really have much of the varietal fruit character of either Malbec or Pinot Noir. Lots of ranier cherry, raspberry, nectarine/peach, and grapefruit.
This would be a great wine for pairing woth cedar plank salmon, or tandoori chicken on the bbq.
