Reviews and Ratings

Neil Phillips rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Considered a bit of a "baby brother" to the La Solana, this adds 10% Castella Negra to the Listan Negro.

I find that adds more red fruit depth, making this more accessible.

Still a highly polarising aromatic nose, featuring barnyard, smoke, and a whiff of burnt match amidst rip[e red fruits and blackberries.

Deeply savoury on the palate, lots of acid, but not strong tannins.

A lot going on here, and develops further in the glass.

Tasted May 2020

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
