A gorgeous, off-dry, light-bodied Niagara white wine made from the classic Riesling grape. Winemaker Sue-Ann Staff is a master of Riesling! Aromas of honeydew and lime blossom. Pair with medium curries and spices.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

So refreshing! Vibrant, nice lemon-lime aromas as well as a little bit of melon and some stony minerality. Off dry, with nice balanced acidity. Lemon-lime really comes through on the palate with a medium finish. Pair with white fish dishes, or enjoy on a patio! Tasted May 2018.
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Ahhhhh. Sue-Ann Staff Riesling. She does nott just do one style of Riesling out of some sort of aesthetic about what Riesling has to be like, in Niagara. She does a multitude of Rieslings. Other people do that too, but she excels at more than one style. This one is pretty carefree and easygoing, but the same quality winemaking helped create it.
It has a deeper hue than some of her more dry amd lean and lithe styles of Riesling. Deep yellow, with a slight orange hue.
This one is softer, sweeter, and carries about 29g of suger (just over a 2 on the old scale).
The aromatics are those of a softer riesling. Mandarin, petrol, peach, and citrus zest.
The flavours are pretty darn good. Ripe tropicality, still good acidity, and no reductiveness.
Look for more peach and orange-like citrus. It does have some nice petrol qualities on the finish.
The winery website suggests coconut curry amd I could not agree more. Maybe some fresh scampi as well.
