Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Loved this Posip from the first sip! Pale yellow with a green hue, it has pretty aromas of tart apricot, melon, citrus and tarragon. The palate adds ripe pineapple to these flavours with a touch of salinity. There's a satiny rich mouthfeel and mouthwatering acidity. An intriguing bitterness on the finish suggests lime zest. This is a perfect pairing for seafood, especially oysters, octopus or grilled shrimp.
Interesting story about the label: the simple ivory colour represents the limestone rocks on the island of Brac, where the Stina winery is located. The word 'Stina" means stone in Croatian. The name "Inspiration" refers to the fact that this island has long been a place that attracts poets and artists, who draw inspiration from its beauty and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
