Southbrook Triomphe 2018 Chardonnay is produced from vegan-friendly, organically-grown grapes from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Dry, full-bodied and creamy with ripe apple, pear, peach and well-integrated oak spice flavours. Chill and enjoy with an herb and goat cheese quiche or brunch dishes.

Chardonnay food pairings: scallops with a sesame ginger dressing, grilled seafood, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken.
