A gorgeous dessert wine that is never cloyingly sweet. The essence of a sun-dappled peach and pear orchard with a sprinkle of spring rain. Perfect as an after dinner treat on its own or with a fruit flan.

Beerenauslese food pairings: rich desserts, apple, pear, apricot fruit components.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous, full-bodied, creamy texture. Long finish with persistence of sweet dried apricot, clover honey. Mouthwatering acidity, well-balanced. Paired well with New York cheesecake and also paired well with dried fruit and aged cheese. Tasted 2015 vintage in Sept 2017. 93 points. BespokeTastings
Perry rated this wine as 93/100
Translated "berry select harvest," this luscious, sweeter style wine is produced from overripe grapes, individually hand selected and sorted, one at a time. This results in luxurious dessert wines with the richness of honey, caramel and tropical fruits. Beerenauslese wines are both rare and exceptional.
