Reviews and Ratings

David Skinner rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

While the grapes all come from a single vineyard along the northern exposure of the Awatere Valley, there are multiple terraces within the block that have different soils and even noticeable variances in micro-climate. Such diversity presents both challenges and opportunities in the management of the vines and harvest to create the optimal blend of the best this smaller section has to offer.

Light straw colour. On the nose there is plenty of delicate lime peel, orange blossom, herbs and flinty minerality. The acidity is bright and well balanced with the texture and citrus zest, herbal and mineral aspects of the oral experience. A persistent finish.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
