From the Tuscany wine region, Ruffino Ducale Oro Riserva 2018 Chianti Classico is a robust, juicy, full-bodied Chianti produced with mostly Sangiovese wine grapes with some Merlot and Colorina added to the mix. This example is intense with dark fruit, clove, anise, dark cherry, grilled wild herbs and smoky flavours on the palate with balanced acidity to match. Pour with a meat-lover's pizza.

Chianti Classico food pairings: meat-sauce pasta, meat lovers' pizza, beef stew.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
