Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The 2014 vintage is declared at 11.8% ABV. This is a 6 month barrel aged in French oak, mead (honey wine), shows brilliant crystal white gold colour. This mead is delicate, smooth, light on the palate. Aromatics of raw honey, ripe clover leaf, with refreshing mouthwatering medium acidity, light bodied. A unique find and accessibly priced. Pairs well with honey crueller donut, apple strudel or on its own as a refreshing palate cleanser before or with an after-dinner cheese platter. Enjoy 2016-2018.
This is a barrel-aged Ontario mead, aka dessert honey wine. Some apple and eucalyptus on the finish. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
