Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Vibrant and spicy. Aromas of ginger, orange, and lychee. Medium bodied, rich, but with bright, balancing acidity, ripe, fresh citrus on the palate, and lots of warm spicy hints on the finish. Enjoy this with a hearty holiday meal, such as roasted chicken or turkey with lots of side dishes.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pour me a touch more of this small-lot Gewurztraminer, please.

An extrovert, this creation showed me expressive aromas, lush mouthfeel, and ripe flavours. All in good way.

Generous notes like lychee, apricot, citrus and tropical fruit headline this medium bodied, dry offering from Wellington, Ontario’s RoseHall Run Vineyards. RoseHall Run Vineyards has been crafting wine since 2000 and has 25 acres of vineyards in the Prince Edward County appellation.

The Nedelko Vineyard, the home of the grapes in this bottle, is located in Ontario’s Twenty Mile Bench appellation.

Open and enjoy with Thai and Indian cuisine.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
