This vibrant Niagara sparkling wine was aged for three years on the lees for extra richness and mouth-filling texture. It's a blend of Chardonnay (58%) and Pinot Noir (42%) grapes grown on the St. David’s Bench Vineyard. Aromas of green apple and freshly baked bread. Enjoy as an aperitif or with shellfish.

Sparkling Brut food pairings: devilled eggs, basil vinaigrette salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Ontario makes amazing sparkling wine - tell everyone!! This wine is made in the traditional method and a blend of 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir and aged on lees for 26 months. Aromas of lemon, green apple, and crusty bread. Dry and crisp, with a vibrant, bright acidity, tart and fresh citrus and yeasty bread hints. Great balance, and a slight creaminess n the palate. Perfect to enjoy with oysters or any white fish with a lemony caper sauce.
