This wine is so juicy and succulent! It's dry but the fruit is so generous and luscious. A terrific BC Riesling with notes of lime zest, lemongrass, chives and stone. Pair with shellfish or seafood.

Riesling food pairings: seafood ceviche, barbeque shrimp drizzled with lime, fresh crab or pork belly.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a such a beautiful wine, it keeps me coming back for more! Aromas of lemon zest mingled with some minerality and petrol really come alive on the palate with some mouth-watering acidity brightening all the flavours. Lots of that vibrant citrus on a medium to long finish. This is a dry wine but the fruit flavours leave a hint of sweetness on the palate. Enjoy with some East Coast oysters. Great value for $17.95 in Ontario.
Quails Gate Dry Riesling is juicy, zesty with generous lemon-lime zest, lemongrass and flinty mineral flavours on the palate. Enjoy with East coast oysters. - Community Wine Reviews
