From the Côtes De Gascogne, Plaimont Corolle 2023 is an amazing value Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot rosé blend at $14 from southwest France. Dry, medium-bodied, lovely, fresh and lithe, it's a perfect rosé to celebrate spring, with aromas of peony, red berry, pink grapefruit and citrus zest flavours fresh on the palate. Chill and enjoy it on its own or with salmon burgers from the grill.

Rosé food pairings: baked spiral ham, salads, poached salmon.
