Food pairings: sautéed diver scallops with celery root and citrus, chicken, pork, mild curries and spices.

This Niagara white wine blend is floral, aromatic and soft. Mostly made from Viognier grapes. Try it with chicken in a cream sauce. - Community Wine Reviews
