Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Fresh, crisp and mineral rich. Flavours show mouthwatering notes of toasted buttered baguette, citrus peel and steely minerality. It's rich and toasty and deep flavour concentrations and a clean finish. Enjoy with Oysters! Tasted Feb 2017 - by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Toasty and nutty. This bubbly is vigorous and rich with a creamy texture. Loved the rich aromatics and deep palate of orchard fruit, minerality, nutty and toast with a slight hint of grapefruit pith. Medium finish. Balanced and ready to enjoy. Great option for Canadian wine drinkers looking for a traditional method West Coast bubbly choice. Tasted Feb 2017. Rated 90/100.
Done in the traditional method, this wine exudes flavors of green apple and pear with a toasty finish.

Fine prosecco style bubbles make this a perfect celebration or Tuesday morning wine.
