Peller's Private Reserve Rosé from Niagara Peninsula is a vibrant, medium-bodied rosé blending Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir and Pinot Meunier with notes of raspberry, red currant, blood orange, and lychee. This dry wine displays mouth-watering acidity and generous fruit that make it wonderfully food-friendly. Serve it well chilled with grilled shrimp skewers as the wine's bright character complements the charred shellfish, or pair it with feta and watermelon salad where the wine's red fruit mirrors the sweet melon and balances the salty cheese. Winemaker Katie Dickieson ferments this engaging rosé in stainless steel with partial aging in neutral oak barrels after several hours of skin contact to achieve the pretty-in-pink hue. Peller Estates has been producing exceptional wines in Niagara since 1961, and their Private Reserve series showcases the winery's commitment to quality and value across multiple varieties. This fun, easy-to-enjoy rosé brings a touch of summer joy to any meal and will drink beautifully through 2027.

Rosé food pairings: Feta, bruschetta, barbecued shrimp skewers, pork tenderloin.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
