A 100% Viognier sourced from the Nicole Estate in the Pézenas commune of southern France. Floral on the nose with ripe stone fruit, Meyer lemon, honeyed stone-fruit finishing long and spicy with clean mineral notes. An excellent viognier to pair with roast chicken.

Paul Mas 2018 Viognier is a single Vineyard 100% Viognier, dry, bright and juicy with ripe pear, citrus curd, honeyed peach and apricot flavours. Wine grapes are sourced from Nicole Estate in the Pézenas commune of southern France. Pair with a grilled pork tenderloin. This vintage was awarded Gold at 2019 Mundus Vini. - Community Wine Reviews
