Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Cava has a clean and refreshing nose with notes of sweet bakery goods and golden apple. Lively, slightly savoury with good acidity. Finish medium plus. Perfect for toasting or oysters. Tasted August 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
L.J. Palmer rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Multitude of very fine long lasting bubbles! Medium lemon colour with a pronounced aroma of apple, pear and brioche! Dry and refreshing; tasted of sweet apple and pear with a hit of citrus. Delicious with seared scallops; always good with potato chips and celebrations of any kind.
Parés Baltà is a traditional method Cava with fresh apple, pear and earthy aromas on the nose. Bone-dry with a lively mousse on the palate, this Cava is certified organic and vegan-friendly. Chill and enjoy on its own or with seafood tapas. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
