Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine has reached its peak, showing ripe fruit but also loads of tertiary notes of leather, tobacco, dried cherry and nuts. There’s a chalky minerality to this wine that gives it a true spine. Drink now. 91 Points.
Palacio Del Burgo Reserva (2010) has so many layers of dark fruit, black olives, savoury spice and toasty oak flavours on the palate. This strong but elegant Rioja red has firm tannins and needs to be decanted one hour prior to serving with a roast leg of boar. Great acidity for grilled meats. Great cellaring candidate as well. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
