From the Coteaux D'aix-En-Provence wine region, Ott By.Ott 2020 is a modern, elegant and savoury, bone-dry rosé produced from a mostly Grenache with 20% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Vibrant on the palate with strawberry, bright cherry, white-fleshed stone fruit flavours and a clean, mineral finish. Chill and enjoy on its own or pour with charcuterie and creamy cheeses. Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a winery in the south of France. The wineries are now owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer.

Rosé food pairings: strawberry spinach salad, roast turkey, veal scaloppini.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
