Juicy and delicious, there is so much going on in this full-bodied red. Blackberries, black cherry, sous-bois, wild herbs, smoke and a hint of tobacco. Stunning and an excellent choice for the BBQ.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb tagine, roast rack of lamb, beef long ribs on the barbie.

Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Odfjell Orzada Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, harvested in the Maipo Valley in Chile, shows fantastic quality and elegance. Aromas of black currant, black cherry, black pepper, leather, smoke and spices emerge from this Cabernet Sauvignon. Its full body, amiable acidity and harmonious tannins, and its round and warm finish make it a perfect after dinner sipper. Palate: strawberry, cherry, dried herbs, violet, leather, nutmeg and smoke. Enjoy!
Odfjell Vineyards Orzada 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a mouth-watering and rich, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile with blackberry, kirsch, mint, cedar spice and fine dried herb flavours long and smooth on the palate. Pour with herbed lamb chops. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from Odfjell's vineyards in Padre Hurtado in the Maipo Valley and also from the Maule Valley. Aged 10 months in oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews
