Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is an interesting blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petite Verdot and 15% Tempranilla. Opaque, dark plum in the glass. There were fleeting spice notes on the nose- cardamom, eucalyptus and mint. It is smooth on the palate with fine tannins. Not fruit driven, it is reminiscent of a Bordeaux but with a bit of vibrant acidity. Would pair well with aged cheeses and stews! Tasted Nov 2017
