Reviews and Ratings

Nambu’s Junmai is brewed from rice milled down to 70 % of its original grain, a level that preserves ample flavor while refining texture. In the glass it feels plush and just off-dry, opening with aromas of ripe plantain and crisp Asian pear, followed by a savory thread of shiitake and damp earth. The palate is full-bodied with a gentle umami echo. Warm it to around 45 – 50 °C to accentuate the earthy tones, or serve at room temperature to let the fruit notes shine. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
