A fragrant and medium-plus-bodied Pinot Grigio with ripe stone-fruit, pink grapefruit, spicy and flinty aromas on the nose. Very different with rich layers of ripe pear, apple, and cake spice flavours creamy on the palate.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: fried chicken, spring salads with fruit vinaigrettes, duck a l'orange.

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This Pinot Grigio has the typical clean, crisp nose but has more body and is rounder than many Pinot Grigios on offer. Lemon and pear notes with some minerality on the palate. Serve with white fish in lemon pepper. Tasted Nov 15, 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
From the Südtirol, Alto Adige wine region, Nals Margreid Punggl 2016 is a juicy, old-vines Pinot Grigio with peach, pear soft citrus, spicy and flinty flavours smooth and creamy on the palate. Chill and enjoy this different style of Pinot Grigio. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
