Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Yum... this is an easy-to-love dry, medium-bodied Reserve Sauvignon Blanc (with a splash of Semillon) from Mission Hill Family Estate. No sharp edges here, just smooth from the first sip. Fresh on the nose with medium-intensity aromas of grapefruit, fine herbs, soft tropical fruits, fresh-cut grassy notes and soft orange citrus flavours smooth and silky on the palate. Definitely a sip all day SB.

Grapes for the 2022 vintage were sourced from (47%) Black Sage Bench with the balance (53%) from Osoyoos East. Produced from 95% Sauvignon and 5% Semillon, the wine was aged in stainless-steel tank, French oak barrels, French puncheons, oak foudre, concrete egg and stainless-steel barrel (64%/21%/7.5%/2.5%/2.5%/2.5%). Tasted April 2023.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
