Full-bodied BC Cabernet with lots of cellar potential. Aromas of cassis and black currant. Firm tannic grip so leave in the cellar a few years at least then decant for 2 hours and pair with a rare steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous! Deeply concentrated, silly smooth medium plus integrated tannins, well balanced. Raspberry, black sage, rosemary, underbrush. Paired well with seared filet mignon and roasted fingerling potatoes. Tasted 2015 vintage in Oct 2017. 92 points. BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Incredible value for such a gorgeous wine. Ripe berry aromas and juicy concentrated fruit forward, smoke and allspice flavours on the palate. Lovely developed (medium) tannins and superbly integrated acidity. Enjoy with braised beef short ribs. Tasted Oct 2017 by @sommsosa / bespoketastings.ca
