Herbal and lime aromas with loads of mouth-watering acidity and juiciness for salads and seafood. An amazing and refreshing white for this price point! Finishes with a grassy-lime kick. Serve chilled at 10ÂșC.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: baked or griddled fish or fish dishes with delicate sauces.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A refreshing Organic Sauvignon Blanc with mild grassy notes and gooseberry on the nose, with a delicate palate that shows gooseberry, green apple, slightly vegetal and herbal aspects. Dry, crisp mouthfeel. Great palate cleanser. Try with shrimp salad or Tempura vegetables.
Melissa Pulvermacher reviewed this wine as follows:

The 2015 Las Mulas Sauvignon Blanc is only $12.95 and screams cool climate. Fresh, searing acidity with fruit and spice notes. Torres harvests these grapes early in the season to maintain the classic leafy green notes of Sauvignon Blanc.
