Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A Syrah with lots of personality from France's Southern Rhone region. Dark garnet red with a nose of ripe red fruit, spice and a hint of violets. A zippy palate gives ripe red fruit, pepper and smoke, with racy acidity and a long spicy finish. This wine will turn dinner into a party!
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A Southern Rhone Syrah with a touch of Viognier to add elegance. Pretty florals, red berries, pepper and bacon on the finish. Smooth and approachable with cleansing acidity. Easy drinking red wine and less than $20. Good value I'd say.
Sip on it's own with a smile...and cheese.
Tasted: June 2015
This French red wine is made from Syrah with a splash of Viognier grapes to lift the mid-palate. This Southern Rhône wine is dry and savoury, made from vines that the winemaker called "the Pillars." - Community Wine Reviews
