Don't buy it for the whimsical name: buy it because it's good! Loaded with black fruit and dark chocolate aromas. Smooth and full-bodied with a lovely juiciness for many dishes. A blend of zinfandel, merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes.

Red food pairings: saucy pulled-pork sammies, braised short ribs with chocolate and rosemary.

Delicious and very fruit-forward. Lots of jammy Zin flavors coming through. True reflection of warm California growing regions. Paired this with BBQ ribs last night and it was delightful. Would definitely recommend as a perfect pairing for BBQ meals.
Nina rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon blend.
I loved this blend!
In the glass dark cherry color, semi opaque.
On the nose there are very bright aromas of berries, berry pie, chocolate, vanilla.
On the palate dry, juicy, each grape variety brings taste to harmony.
Very fruit forward, lots of jam-like fruit, spicy and soft, delicious trio. Rich flavours and tannins of Cab give this wine nice backbone.
Very rich finish with raspberry and blackberry flavors.
Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

Nice dark ruby colour with an interesting smoky after taste. I had fun pairing it with hard cheeses and humus. It was also a good choice for dinner at a “Bring Your Own Wine” Vietnamese restaurant. It went well with grilled chicken and beef.
This popular crowd-pleaser is a lively threesome of Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. There’s enough pleasure to go around here, with hedonistic berry pie, cassis, lilac, vanilla and milk chocolate. Ripe, round and juicy with an ultra-smooth texture. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
