Pinot Noir food pairings: veal scaloppini, grilled salmon, beef carpaccio, tourtière..

Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This wine is just stunning, featuring black cherry, briars, spice and a hint of oak. Tons of length and depth here. A dense style that paired well with mixed grill. 93 Points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)
Mike Chen rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Voluptuous medium body Pinot Noir with a quite sweet finishing. Enjoyed a lot with some great homemade pizzas
Produced by Joseph Wagner, this Californian red wine is a blend of Pinot Noir from three iconic wine regions along the California coast: Monterey County (48%), Sonoma County (27%), and Sanata Barbara County (25%). Each lot was individually fermented and matured in 100% French oak barrels, 60% of which was new. This is the magnum sized bottle of this wine equivalent to two regular sized bottles: ideal for parties and gift-giving. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
