A zesty and fresh blend of local Malagousia and Assyrtiko wine grapes with some Chardonnay sourced from the Peloponnese P.G.I. wine region. Look for white florals, nectarine and fine herb flavours creamy on the palate. Grapes are vinified separately, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with three months on the fine lees.

Cuvée Iii White food pairings: turkey burgers, crab cakes, chicken breast, grilled whitefish.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a bright and refreshing white blend of Malagousia, Assyrtiko and Chardonnay. Aromas of golden apple, white floral, and a hint of peach. Medium to full bodied with a soft texture, medium+ acidity, a bit of a honey note on the palate, and lots of ripe fruit notes. Those floral hints carry through as well. Enjoy with fried calamari.
Mega Spileo Iii White 2019 is a bright, zesty Greek white wine made from the native Malagousia and Assyrtiko wine grapes and with some Chardonnay. The vines are planted in soils of sand, clay and gravel providing excellent drainage. Fresh and lifted with a lovely balance of bright acidity to soft orange, lemon, fine herb and spicy oak flavours on the palate. This vintage was awarded Gold at the 2020 Berliner Wein Trophy. - Community Wine Reviews
