Love this medium-plus-bodied Chardonnay with buttery apple, pear compote and tropical fruit flavours on the palate. Great acidity for grilled pork chops, roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: scallops with a sesame ginger dressing, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, pan-fried cod with lemon butter sauce, toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
