Big fat ripe cherries borne up on alcoholic warmth. Full-bodied and rich with a raspberry liqueur concentration. Great for barbecues and movie night with meat lovers pizza and a very scary movie.

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Rich and brooding, with black briars, garrigue, and spice on the nose, gushing onto the palate with a hint of sweet earth on the finish. Surprisingly less delineated than the 2005. A monster in the closet. Drink 2013 through 2016. 92 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
