This dynamic pink wine is a blend of 44% Cabernet Franc, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Gamay Noir and 12% Merlot. It was vinified in French oak using the saignée method before ageing on the lees over the winter. Evocative of cherry, cranberry, rhubarb, and crushed rocks, it will pair nicely with grilled chicken or sausages.

Rosé food pairings: roasted chicken sausages, spicy soppressata, charcuterie.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
