Reviews and Ratings

Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Sourced from old vines in Burgundy, France, this medium-bodied Pinot Noir is a classic example of the varietal. Red berry and herbal aromas with medium tannins and a dry, mineral finish. Decant or age. Serve with lamb, roast poultry, veal or grilled vegetables. Tasted February 2020.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

This medium bodied Pinot Noir is showing cherry and hint of floral with soft tannins. Palate is rather restrained with a medium finish. Pair with smoked salmon. Tasted February 2020. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
From the Burgundy wine region, Maison Valdesday 2018 Pinot Noir is a vibrant, medium-bodied PN with ripe cherry, raspberry and red berry fruit, dried fine herbs finishing with a lingering mineral note on the palate. Pair it with grilled lamb shoulder chops. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
